F.E.B. Distributing Company, is the Coast’s leading beverage provider, servicing the Mississippi Gulf Coast from our Gulfport location. Since 1934, we’ve been a family owned and operated business for four generations, bringing more than 90 years of industry knowledge and experience. We are the exclusive distributor of MolsonCoors, Constellation, Heineken, and Yuengling, and many other brands in South Mississippi. We pride ourselves on offering our customers a wide range of imported and craft beers, along with light wine, light spirits, and malt-based beverages.

Our Story

1934

In February 1934, Salvador J. Bertucci, operating out of Gulfport as S.J. Bertucci Company, founded what is now known as F.E.B. Distributing Company, Inc. The brands distributing at that time originated from the New Orleans area, where approximately 10 brewers were in operation.

The company was appointed the distributor for the Mississippi Gulf Coast for JAX beer in 1934.
1946

In 1946, the business became a family affair when Salvador J. Bertucci’s son, Frank, joined the company, and the name changed to F.E.B. Distributing Company.
1954

A year after a fire destroyed the warehouse in July 1954, a new warehouse with offices opened and continued to offer JAX beer out of New Orleans.
1960

In the 1960's, F.E.B. Distributing Company was appointed the exclusive distributor for the Miller Brewing Company, as well as acquired imported Heineken for the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

As the years passed, the third generation of the Bertucci family, Frank and Paul, joined the distributorship, and are now in charge for the operation of the company.
2000

From 1934 to 2000, F.E.B. Distributing Company was located at 1520 29th Avenue in Gulfport, Mississippi.

On April 17, 2000, the company relocated to its newly built, state-of-the-art office, warehouse, and vehicle maintenance facility in the light industrial park of the seaway in Gulfport.

Over the years, the company has sold a variety of products offering world-class products along with excellent customer service for three generations.
2008

In 2008, the fourth generation of the Bertucci family began coming on board for F.E.B. Distributing beginning with Ryland Bertucci in 2008, and followed by Matthew Hessell in 2010, and Jeff Bertucci in 2015.
TODAY

Today, F.E.B. Distributing Co. offers a full-line of alcohol based products covering all categories: including domestics, imported beers from around the world, craft beers, wine coolers, flavored malt beverages, light wines, and light spirits.

We are one of the leading distributors in the South and are positioned to continue the journey of growth and success alongside the ever-expanding Mississippi Gulf Coast.
